You do not need an account to send a file with FileMv. The home page has an upload zone that works for anyone — here is how it goes, and what the limits are.
Step by step
- Open the FileMv home page — free file sharing works there without an account.
- Drop a file into the upload zone, or click it and pick a file. Anonymous uploads accept up to 10 files at once, each up to 100 MB.
- Wait for the upload to finish — a progress bar shows where it stands.
- Copy the share link that appears. With several files, each file gets its own link.
- Paste the link into chat, e-mail, a forum post — anywhere. Whoever opens it can download the file in any browser, without an account.

Anonymous uploads are deliberately kept small and simple — they are meant for the "just send it over" moment. If you regularly send bigger files or want to manage what you have shared, registering is free.
An anonymous upload stays anonymous
An anonymous upload is not tied to any account, and it cannot be attached to one later — not even if you register or sign in afterwards. So you cannot rename it, delete it or move it into your Drive later, and you cannot see how many times it was downloaded. If you want to manage a file, sign in first and upload it then.
Is the file removed at some point?
Uploaded files are not deleted on a timer — see What is FileMv? for how storage works. Content that violates the rules can be reported by anyone via the report page and is reviewed by a human moderator.
