One tool for four operations
The scanner pulled a sheet in backwards, the scan numbered the pages in reverse, a blank page was left in the middle of the contract, and the appendix from another file should go behind it. Those are separate searches but the same work: seeing every page and moving it. So there is one grid here rather than four separate forms — rotating, deleting, ordering and appending happen on the same screen, and you save all of it at once.
The original file is never touched: the tool copies the pages into a new document, in your order. The text stays searchable, the resolution does not change, and nothing is re-encoded — a rotation is only a note beside the page, exactly the way the PDF standard stores it.
How to use it
Clicking selects pages — several, if you like — and the toolbar at the top acts on the selection: rotate left or right, duplicate, delete, or throw away everything else. Order is set by dragging: grab a page and take it where it belongs. That works by touch as well, on a phone or a tablet.
No mouse is required. Arrows move between pages, Alt + arrow moves the selected page, R rotates it, D duplicates it, Delete removes it, Space selects and deselects. Every step can be undone, deletion included — Undo goes forty steps back.
"Append" puts every page of a second PDF at the end of the list; from there they move like any other page. If you only want to join two files there is a simpler tool for that, and if you only need a few pages out of a long document, the splitter is the one you want.
Frequently asked questions
Does the rotation survive elsewhere?
Yes. The rotation is written into the PDF's own "/Rotate" field, which every reader and every printer understands — we turn the page, not the picture. That is also why it costs no quality, and why the text stays where it was.
Why at most 500 pages?
Because every page gets a rendered preview, and five hundred images already eat serious memory — on a phone, more than that would simply crash the browser tab, and your arrangement with it. For a longer document, cut out a section with the splitter first.
Does duplicating a page make the file bigger?
Barely. The copy points at the same content and the same images as the original page, so duplicating a 3 MB scanned page costs a few bytes rather than another 3 MB.
Does it work with a password-protected PDF?
No. The pages of an encrypted document cannot be copied safely. If you know the password, the PDF password remover can take it off — in your browser too — and the result can then be organized.
